The hotel was clean, the staff was very, very nice. We greatly enjoyed the room, it was clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, excellent service. We had a good stay in a spacious room with smart TVs and clean bathroom. The receptionists were professional and kind. The hotel location was fantastic with easy access to local attractions and a great price for its class. The breakfast had a variety of warm and cold options. The hotel was modern with luxurious facilities and friendly staff.

Some guests at the hotel had poor manners and used the smoking area right outside the door.

There were some major drawbacks to our stay. the hotel's WiFi was not at all secure, and we received some sketchy phone calls to our room.

The location of Hilton Garden Inn Poliforum was perfect for my business trip. The spacious and comfortable rooms allowed me to relax after a long day of meetings. The receptionist, Diana, was incredibly friendly and professional. The hotel's well-maintained facilities were a plus. this was my best experience in Leon Guanajuato so far. I highly recommend this hotel.
